Cleans intact, painted surfaces in preparation for repainting.

Devoe Coatings has found that if you get the old painted surface "super clean" with Devprep 88 Cleaner, no other surface preparation may be needed before repainting. Sanding, solvent wiping, grit sweeping and roughing up the old painted surfaces may be eliminated for above water painted surfaces.
